If the user goes for a premium plan and opts for Shipway Pro, then they will be able to receive an email or SMS on each status change of the shipment. Shipway Pro enables users to track each AWB number from the shipway dashboard and the complete information regarding any AWB number will be displayed to the customers. The software will also provide users with access to various kinds of statistics and charts.
Getting started with Shipway
Shipway is a very user-friendly software as the users need to download and install the software and then if they are required to register on Shipway if they do not have an account already. After the registration process is completed, a Shipway login ID and license key will be sent to the registered email ID of the user. A form will appear in which the user is required to enter their login ID and license key, and click on the save changes button.
Next, the user is required to click on the WooCommerce orders link then click on any order which will open the ‘Edit Order’ page where the ‘Order Tracking’ panel will be visible on the right side of the page. The user is then required to enter the AWB Number, and select courier from the drop-down and press save order button. Then click on the link appearing on the frontend link page and enter the order ID and click on the track button to get a complete shipment status of the order.
