“I am a big fan of Knowlarity features.”
Pros :
I am using this service from past 3 years and it is very useful for our company. It helps all the departments like sales, marketing, support and other sales support centers. With a single number all the departments can communicate to each other and it is very simple to use.
Cons :
My least favorite feature is when my recordings won’t save to the drive that I have them stored on.
